Job description Company: Topweld General Engineering Pty Ltd Location: Unit 19, 16-24 Whybrow Street, Griffith, NSW 2680, Australia Salary: AUD$75,000 per annum + superannuation Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Welder / Metal Fabricator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong fabrication and welding skills, with experience in a general engineering workshop environment. Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Fabricate and weld structural metal products according to detailed plans.
2. Read, interpret, and fabricate components based on engineering drawings.
3. Use various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, Arc welding) to assemble metal structures.
4. Operate machinery, hand tools, and equipment safely and efficiently.
5. Inspect and test fabricated products for accuracy and quality.
6. Maintain workshop safety and cleanliness standards.

Skills & Experience Required:

1. Certificate III in Engineering – Fabrication Trade (or equivalent qualification).
2. Minimum 3 years' relevant work experience as a qualified metal fabricator.
3. Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and Arc welding.
4. Strong ability to interpret engineering drawings.
5. Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety.
6. Strong attention to detail.
