Electrician

We are a boutique electrical company experiencing growth and require extra staff to complete ongoing tasks. As a result, we are looking for a self-motivated Electrician to take on the role. Work will include power and data installations from the meter out. There is also a large amount of maintenance and project work included in the role NSW wide that can involve travel during the working day with a potential of living away from home for very short periods.This dynamic role will allow you to work directly with and experienced and cohesive team operating the business around a family atmosphere. The majority of the work revolves around the commercial space.The right candidate will:- Have at least one year experience in electrical installation after finishing your certification- Execute plans of electrical wiring for well-functioning lighting, intercom, CCTV, and other electrical systems- Be able to work effectively under your own steam with a focus on safety and quality of work- Install electrical apparatus, fixtures and equipment.- Install safety and distribution components (e.g. switches, circuit-breaker panels etc.)- Connect wiring in electrical circuits and networks ensuring compatibility of components and compliance- Prepare and assemble conduits and connect wiring through them- Prevent breakdown of systems by routinely inspecting and maintaining electrical infrastructure- Perform effective troubleshooting to identify hazards or malfunctions and repair or substitute damaged electrical infrastructure- Be flexible with working hours, nights and weekend work from time to time with rotating on call requirements as well Requirements:- White Card- Electrical Licence- Drivers Licence- Own hand tools- Clear communication and customer service skills Remunerations + Benefits- Above award rates of pay and benefits- Work Vehicle- Super- Financial support for ongoing training- Support with visa and migration for the right candidateJob Type: Full-timePay: $40.00 – $50.00 per hourExpected hours: No less than 38 per weekBenefits:
