What you’ll do BuildArchitect and ship commercial-grade AI assistants and multi-agent workflows using LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, or similar. RetrieveDesign rock-solid RAG pipelines – ingestion, chunking, embedding, vector search (Pinecone / Azure AI Search / Weaviate), guard-railing and evaluation. IntegrateWrap agents in Teams, web or mobile front-ends and wire them to client data (Graph, SQL, SharePoint, CDS). OptimiseBenchmark and fine-tune open & proprietary models, squeeze latency/cost, and add telemetry for continuous learning. EnablePair-program with our Power Platform devs, run internal “AI Guild” sessions, and coach client citizen-developers. What you bring

• Hands-on production LLM experience – you’ve deployed at least one agentic application end-to-end, not just hacked a notebook.
• Deep RAG know-how – embeddings, vector schema design, retrieval strategies, evaluation (BLEU, MRR, human-in-loop).
• Fluent in Python (and ideally TypeScript) plus modern dev-ops (Git, containers, CI/CD).
• Cloud chops – Azure preferred, but AWS/GCP fine; you understand IAM, serverless, and cost dashboards.
• Responsible AI mindset – prompt-layer guardrails, bias checks, privacy by design.
• Eligible to work in the UK or able to secure a Skilled-Worker visa (Pepper Tech is a licensed sponsor).

Nice-to-haves

• Power Platform or Dynamics 365 experience.
• Fine-tuning with LoRA/QLoRA or parameter-efficient methods.
• Familiarity with CrewAI, ReAct, or custom planning/execution agents.
• Knowledge of synthetic-data generation and evaluation pipelines.
