Your Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards, including HACCP across all locations
- Conduct regular on-site audits and quality inspections
- Monitor hygiene, storage, and product handling in restaurants and convenience stores
- Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Train and support staff on hygiene, food safety, and service quality standards
- Oversee product quality, shelf life, labeling, and stock rotation (FIFO)
- Analyze customer feedback and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate closely with Operations, HR, and Store/Restaurant Managers
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Audit scores across locations (target: ≥90% compliance)
- Reduction in hygiene and safety violations
- Customer satisfaction ratings (reviews & surveys)
- Reduction in food waste and expired products
- Staff training completion rate (target: 100%)
- Consistency in SOP implementation across all sites
- Reduction in customer complaints related to quality
Your Profile
- Experience in gastronomy, retail, convenience, or food service
- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP certification preferred)
- Experience in multi-site operations or auditing is a strong advantage
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Independent, structured, and hands-on working style
- Willingness to travel frequently across Germany
- Fluent in English and German (minimum B1 level required)
- Valid driving license
