12–15+ years of program management experience Strong Capital Markets knowledge: securitization, MBS, private credit, derivatives Deep understanding of investment banking concepts: capital turnover, risk, hedging, credit Familiarity with REITs, residential mortgages, and real estate finance Excellent stakeholder communication and cross-functional team leadership Proven success in financial oversight, risk management, and agile project execution
