UKM Print and Embroidery Limited Redditch, Worcestershire (B97 6DY) £12.21 per hour Hours: 9:30am – 4:30pm (flexible hours available) Job Type: Permanent UKM Print and Embroidery Limited is a growing print and embroidery company based in Redditch. We are looking for a reliable and organised Office Administrator to join our team on a permanent basis in a fast-paced working environment. Key Responsibilities:
  • General office administration
  • Processing customer orders
  • Creating visuals for customers
  • Using Sage and CRM systems
  • Managing emails and Excel spreadsheets
  • Supporting daily office operations

Skills & Experience Required:
  • Polite, professional, and punctual
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident using Microsoft Excel and email systems
  • Previous admin experience preferred
  • Essential: Experience using Adobe Illustrator
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, supporting office operations, and ensuring smooth communication across departments. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong organisational skills and experience in office administration to contribute to a professional and efficient work environment. Responsibilities
  • Managing incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and directing enquiries appropriately
  • Organising and maintaining physical and electronic filing systems for easy retrieval of documents
  • Supporting accounts payable/receivable processes and maintaining financial records
  • Managing office supplies inventory and placing orders when necessary
  • Providing general administrative support to team members and management as needed

Skills
  • Proven office experience with a strong understanding of administrative procedures
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools
  • Experience with Sage or similar accounting software is desirable
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Good typing speed and accuracy for data entry tasks
  • Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Attention to detail in document preparation and record keeping
  • Clerical experience demonstrating familiarity with office equipment and procedures
