The Exchange Hotel Kalgoorlie is seeking an experienced cook or chef to assist the head chef in the kitchen. The applicant must have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position. Cert III in Commercial Cookery (preferred) A pro-active, positive and energetic attitude Passion for preparing and cooking high quality foods Ability to work in high volume restaurant The role includes but is not limited to: Maintaining superior product standards Reducing food wastage Ensuring kitchen cleanliness Adhering to food hygiene standards Daily kitchen operations and preparation we can offer full time & sponsorship for right candidate.
