Insolvency / Restructuring Supervisor

Seeking 4 ½ + years experience managing a range of insolvency engagements including liquidations, SBRs, and bankruptcies.

With the structure that comes with being a large multi-disciplinary firm and the heart of a close-knit team, my client is looking for an Insolvency Supervisor to join the Brisbane office.
The opportunity?
Whether you’re ready to step up or already operating at a supervisor level, this role offers the chance to oversee 2–3 staff, contribute to a wide scope of formal insolvency matters, and do meaningful work with the support of people who genuinely care about your growth.
You’ll be joining a sizeable insolvency team, working directly with an experienced Partner. We’re ideally seeking someone with 4 + years' experience, but if you’re at the senior accountant level with 2–4 years and ready for more responsibility, we’d still love to hear from you.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing a range of insolvency engagements including liquidations, SBRs, and bankruptcies.
• Supporting junior team members and reviewing their work
• Engaging with a varied and often complex client base
• Contributing to a supportive team culture and structured development pathway

What you’ll bring:

• A strong foundation in insolvency (ideally 4 + years)
• Supervisory experience or a clear readiness to take on that step
• Either CA/CPA qualified, working towards it, or open to support in getting there
• A collaborative mindset – they work hard but enjoy the journey together
• The ability to connect with people and be part of a team that values balance
