CNC Operator / Technician

About the RoleWe are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Stone Masonry CNC Operator / Technician to join our team. You will be responsible for operating CNC machinery and fabrication equipment to produce high-quality stone products for residential and commercial projects.This role is ideal for someone with experience in stone fabrication, construction, or manufacturing who takes pride in precision and efficiency. Key Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines, bridge saws, and waterjet systems
• Read and interpret shop drawings and cutting lists
• Set up and prepare materials for fabrication
• Perform cutting, shaping, edge profiling, and polishing
• Ensure all outputs meet quality and specification standards
• Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot minor issues
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in stone masonry, CNC operation, or similar role
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Reliable, efficient, and able to work independently
• Physically capable of handling stone materials

Nice to Have

• Experience with natural stone, engineered stone, or porcelain
• Familiarity with CNC or CAD/CAM software
• Background in construction or manufacturing
