Report broken or damaged equipment for repairs. Dispose of trash from the kitchen area properly and maintain the dumpster area. Follow the required safe cleaning and sanitizing procedures. Must be able to work at least a 5-day workweek. Must be able to work weekends and holidays as required. Must be able to obtain ServSafe Food Handlers Certification.
