*Job Summary*We are seeking a skilled Reception supervisor / reception manager/ Genral manger/operational manger to join our team. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for our hotel,*Duties*- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner- Answer and direct phone calls promptly- Perform clerical duties, including photocopying, filing, and data entry- Manage office supplies and maintain an organised reception area- Schedule appointments and assist with meeting room bookingsCheck in and check out process.sponsorship could be available it all depends on the candidates meet requirements .- Have an experience dealing with OTA / sales of bookings/ revenue- experience dealing with hotel compliance and staff training , leadership- prefer to have knowledge of F&B and Event bookings / organising etc- Handle incoming and outgoing post efficiently- Utilise computerised systems for tasks such as email correspondence and document management*Skills*- Proficient in using Google Suite for office tasks- Strong organisational abilities to manage multiple responsibilities effectively- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills- Familiarity with QuickBooks for basic financial tasks- Previous experience in an administrative or office role is advantageousPlease note: a competitive candidate can also be offered a sponsor Visa/ work permit if needed.Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: £24,923.00-£25,870.00 per yearBenefits:
