Job Description:
Begin date: 4/1/2025 Full Time: Yes Number of Workers Requested: 60 Job Duties: Monitor, assist, and protect pool participants; provide safe and clean pool facilities; take and record chemical readings; communicate with on-site personnel at multiple locations within the State of Maryland from 04/01/2025 - 10/31/2025. Travel to/from multiple locations in company provided transportation. Candidates must be 18 years or older, must be able to swim, must be able to lift 50 pounds, and work rotating shifts. 40 hours/week. M-F, possibly Saturday and Sunday, 8 am-4 pm, hours and shifts may vary. Will train. Postemployment, upon suspicion & post-accident drug test required, paid by the employer. Optional shared housing available @ $185/week deducted from the paycheck. The employer is OT exempt per FLSA 13(a)(3). Employer reserves the right to award merit pay increases and/or bonuses to employees at the employer's discretion. A single workweek will be used for computing wage due. Workers will be paid bi-weekly. Will make all deductions from the worker's paycheck required by law. If the worker completes 50% of the work contract period company will reimburse the worker reasonable costs of transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. The cost of return transportation and subsistence will be reimbursed if the worker completes the employment period or is dismissed early for any reason. The amount of transportation reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of $15.88 per day during travel to a maximum of $59.00 per day with receipts. Will reimburse H-2B worker in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing. Will provide tools, supplies & equipment without charge or deposit. The employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays in each 12-week period.
