Factory Supervisor

Factory Supervisor – Hands-On (Steel / Construction Manufacturing)Location: Grass Valley (Avon Industrial Park), WAWe are a growing WA-based manufacturer supplying the commercial construction industry. After a challenging period, our business is now expanding rapidly, and we are rebuilding a high-performance factory team.We are looking for a hands-on Factory Supervisor who leads from the front.This is not a clipboard role. You will work alongside the team to drive output, quality, and consistency.What you’ll be doing:

• Leading a small team of factory labourers
• Working on the floor to meet daily production targets
• Maintaining workflow and reducing downtime
• Setting the standard for effort, pace, and attitude
• Supporting the factory team as production ramps up

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in manufacturing, construction, steel, or industrial environments
• Strong work ethic and leadership by example
• Practical problem-solving ability
• Reliability and consistency
• Ability to help drive production performance and team accountability

This role is NOT for someone who:

• Wants a purely supervisory desk role
• Avoids hands-on work
• Needs constant direction
• Is looking for FIFO-style pay expectations
