- Support the Head Chef and kitchen team in the daily running of the kitchen.
- Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standard of quality and presentation
- .Maintain excellent food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness at all times.
- Work as part of a team to deliver smooth, efficient service.
- Assist in stock control, prep, and day-to-day kitchen organisation.
What we’re looking for:
- Ideally, NVQ Level 1/2 in Professional Cookery (or equivalent).
- Basic Food Hygiene Certificate (or willingness to train).
- A strong team player with a “can do” attitude.
- Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
