• Develop and implement transport policies and procedures to improve operational performance.
• Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal departments to ensure seamless supply chain management.
• Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and compliance with safety regulations.
• Lead, train, and motivate the transport team to achieve departmental goals.
• Maintain accurate records of transport activities using Microsoft Office applications.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to transport services promptly.

Skills

• Proven management experience in a transport or logistics environment.
• Strong driving knowledge with an understanding of transportation regulations.
• Proficient in logistics and supply chain principles.
• Excellent computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and IT systems.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills for effective interaction with team members and customers.
• Exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Demonstrated leadership ability to inspire and guide a team towards success in a fast-paced environment.
