You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust data solutions. As a Manager AI/ML Engineer in our Digital and Cloud Engineering team your impact will be seen by:
  • Delivering production-grade AI and machine learning models to enable advanced analytics capabilities for our customers.
  • Demonstrating thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success with a subset of the following technologies:
  • Developing and deploying models on cloud platforms (AWS & Azure) or premises.
  • Writing and managing machine learning pipelines and automated workflows.
  • model testing, monitoring, and interpretability, as well as maintaining comprehensive documentation of AI models and AI/ML processes.
  • Working closely with data scientists, data engineer, enterprise architects, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Helping clients establish the right controls, processes, and structures to ensure that deliverables are timely, consistent, and of defensible quality.

Your skills:
  • Programming languages including but not limited to Python, Spark, SQL.
  • Proficiency in machine learning frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch and Scikit-learn.
  • Expertise in MLOps practices, including CI/CD for machine learning, model versioning, and automated deployment.
  • Experience with deep learning architectures and their applications.
  • Experience working with GenAI/LLM framework (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Llama, Langchain, Hugging Face).
