Job SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, processing payroll, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. This role is essential in supporting the financial health of our organization and requires proficiency in various accounting software.
Duties- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Process payroll accurately and on time for all employees.
- Perform account reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial statements.
- Prepare and maintain budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
- Monitor cash flow and assist in financial planning to support business objectives.
- Collaborate with external auditors during audits to provide necessary documentation.
Requirements- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role within the accounting field.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Experience with payroll processing and understanding of payroll regulations.
- Familiarity with budgeting processes and account reconciliation techniques.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
