  • Providing outstanding customer service to our loyal customer base; 
  • Quoting, invoicing and job reconciliation.
  • Liaising with supply chain and ordering parts.
  • Delegation of all work and providing support and direction to a small, efficient team.  

What we look for:
  • Impeccable personal presentation as the front-facing representative.
  • Previous experience in management of the motor industry would be advantageous, as well as sound mechanical knowledge.
  • Commitment to customer service excellence, and talent for sales.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Workshop Manager is preferred.
  • A valid Australian driver’s licence – Essential.
  • A professional and reliable attitude – Essential.
  • Loyalty and accountability
  • Compliant with WH&S rules, regulations, and procedures.
  • Effective time management skills and able to prioritise multiple responsibilities.
