About the Role We are currently seeking a technically skilled and motivated ITAD Account Manager to join our growing team in Derrimut, VIC. This full-time position is ideal for someone with a background in Mechanical Engineering or similar technical fields, with a strong interest in sustainability, client relationship management, and operational excellence. You will play a key role in managing ITAD programs for enterprise clients, ensuring efficient asset collection, secure data handling, and seamless communication across internal and external stakeholders. ?? Key Responsibilities • Manage and grow ITAD service relationships with key corporate clients • Coordinate reverse logistics and secure data destruction services in compliance with ISO and regulatory standards • Create quotations and commercial proposals tailored to client requirements • Track IT assets through secure chain-of-custody platforms and project timelines • Support the implementation of circular economy solutions and sustainability reporting • Collaborate with internal operations, logistics, and compliance teams to ensure project delivery • Identify upsell opportunities and contribute to service improvement initiatives ?? Qualifications & Skills • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or similar • 1–3 years of experience in IT Asset Management, Logistics, or Sustainability services • Strong communication and problem-solving skills • Knowledge of IT lifecycle services, CRM tools, and basic project coordination • Understanding of data privacy, secure destruction, or e-waste regulations is a plus ??
