Your next career opportunity In this senior Enterprise role, you will connect financial services leaders with FEIT’s world-class researchers. You will shape strategic partnerships that address complex industry challenges across banking, insurance, superannuation and emerging sectors. You will also enjoy significant autonomy, executive visibility and flexibility through a part-time, fixed-term appointment.
What you will deliver: - Identify sector trends and innovation opportunities across financial services, linking them to FEIT’s research strengths.
- Develop, negotiate and secure strategic industry partnerships that generate impact, revenue and long-term collaboration opportunities.
- Match industry needs with multidisciplinary research teams, co-designing proposals, white papers and funded projects.
- Provide senior advice, networks and insight to the Platform Leader, strengthening the platform’s strategic positioning and reach.
- Mentor platform staff in industry engagement, building capability in partnership development and executive-level relationship management.
You may be a great fit if you: - Offer extensive senior experience in banking, insurance, superannuation or broader financial services sectors.
- Demonstrate a strong track record in business development, partnership creation and industry-funded initiatives.
- Maintain a contemporary, influential professional network and confidently leverage relationships for strategic outcomes.
- Understand emerging research and technology challenges affecting financial services, including data, digital transformation and regulation.
- Provide experienced leadership, mentoring and coaching to build others’ confidence in engaging senior industry stakeholders.
- Navigate complex organisations and governance, ideally with experience at the interface of industry, universities or government.
