Injection Molding manager

Job responsibility: I. Core ResponsibilitiesAs the leader of injection molding operations at the U.S. factory, oversee the full production process to ensure efficiency and stable quality. Key duties include:1. Production & Team Management

• Develop injection molding workshop production schedules aligned with factory plans
• Allocate personnel, equipment, materials and other resources to meet production targets
• Lead technicians and operators team, set clear performance goals
• Organize skill training to enhance team execution and cohesion

2. Process Optimization & Quality Control

• Lead injection molding process improvement based on packaging industry experience
• Reduce material waste and improve product quality stability
• Establish quality inspection standards
• Supervise full-process quality control to meet customer and industry requirements

3. Cost Control & Cross-Departmental Collaboration

• Build a cost control system for injection molding production
• Implement refined management of materials, energy to reduce costs
• Strengthen collaboration with procurement, sales and other departments
• Regularly report production status to factory manager and execute decisions

II. Requirements1. Work Experience

• Minimum 8 years of injection molding-related experience
• At least 3 years of injection molding workshop management or team leadership experience
• Familiar with production processes, technologies and quality requirements of packaging injection molding products
• Note: Onboarding training provided in either injection molding expertise or production operation process management

2. Professional & Management Capabilities

• Proficient in injection molding processes and equipment operation & maintenance
• Practical experience in production planning and cost control
• Strong ability to lead cross-cultural teams
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making and stress tolerance skills
• Bilingual proficiency: English and Chinese/mandarin/ cantonese as working languages.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $75,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year Benefits:
