Workday Programmer

Workday Report Developer: From EST Zone; Need State Government Experience

Visa only: US Citizen, GC EAD, Green Card, H1B Visa

This position will serve as a reporting developer for our client’s project, a Workday-based application. This project is an effort in the final stages of implementation and requires a talented resource to develop and modify reports to meet operational requirements.

• Required Skills:Five or more years of relevant experience.
• Preferred Education of a 4-year college degree or equivalent technical study.
• Detailed functional and process knowledge.
• Workday Report Developer experience, including building Workday simple, advanced, and matrix reports.
• Experience coordinating and collaborating with cross functional partners in report specification and requirement gathering.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and SQL.
• Experience with data mapping.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with team members and leadership.
• Strong time-management, problem solving, troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with minimal guidance and oversight, and handle both planned and unplanned responsibilities.
• Self-motivated, able to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment, but able to prioritize work.
