The Role Strategic analysis & positioning- Conduct market, competitive, and ecosystem analyses
- Develop business cases for new markets, products, and strategic initiatives
- Structure complex strategic questions and translate them into clear recommendations for the leadership team
Executive narrative & investor readiness- Build and continuously refine board- and investor-grade materials (strategic memos, narratives, presentations)
- Translate deeply technical work into clear, compelling storylines and visuals for senior stakeholders
- Own key fundraising infrastructure, including structuring and maintaining a diligence-ready virtual data room
Special projects- Lead and support high-impact, cross-functional strategic initiatives
- Contribute to organisational and operational structuring through a high-growth phase
Your Profile- 2–4 years at a top-tier strategy consultancy, in investment banking, big tech, or a strategy/corp dev role within a start-up or scale-up
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving capability; able to distil complexity into clear insight quickly
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Comfortable operating with ambiguity in a high-performance environment
- Highly ambitious, ownership-driven, and intellectually rigorous
- Nice to have: familiarity with the semiconductor market or semiconductor systems
