This role demands strong domain expertise, client-facing ability, and technical configuration/integration experience.🔸 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support Oracle ERP implementations and post-go-live activities
• Gather and analyze functional/business requirements
• Configure Oracle EBS/Fusion modules: Financials, SCM, HCM, Procurement, Payroll
• Design and develop solutions in Oracle Fusion using BIP, OTBI, HDL, FBDI, Fast Formulas
• Develop custom reports, dashboards, and data integrations
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Functional, Technical, DBA, Infra)
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, change requests, and enhancements

🔸 Must-Have Experience:

• 9+ years in Oracle ERP domain (EBS R12 and/or Cloud Fusion)
• Expertise in at least two of the following:
• Oracle HCM (Core HR, Payroll, Talent, Absence Mgmt)
• Oracle SCM (Inventory, Procurement, Order Management)
• Oracle Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA)
• Strong hands-on with:
• FBDI / HDL for data loads
• BI Publisher, OTBI, and Essbase
• Fast Formulas and Workflow Configuration
• Ability to work with SQL and PL/SQL for queries and debugging

🔸 Preferred Skills:

• Oracle Cloud Certifications (HCM/SCM/FIN)
• Exposure to Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
• Prior experience in Agile/Scrum delivery
• Client-facing or Onshore-Offshore coordination experience
