We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented Managing Partner to join our team and play a crucial role in our continued success. About the Role:The Managing Partner will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the café's day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth service, customer satisfaction, and financial growth. This is a hands-on leadership position that requires a strong understanding of the hospitality industry, a passion for providing exceptional customer experiences, and a commitment to building a successful and thriving business. Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations Management:
  • Oversee all aspects of café operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and ensuring smooth service flow.
  • Maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, ensuring consistent preparation and presentation.
  • Implement and maintain efficient operational systems and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
  • Financial Management:
  • Monitor and analyse financial performance, including sales, costs, and profitability.
  • Prepare budgets and forecasts, and track progress against targets.
  • Manage cash flow effectively and ensure timely payment of bills.
  • Identify and implement cost-saving measures where appropriate.
  • Customer Service:
  • Lead and motivate the team to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Foster a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for all customers.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Actively seek feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement.
  • Team Leadership:
  • Recruit, hire, and train new team members.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback.
  • Motivate and inspire the team to achieve their full potential.
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment.
  • Business Development:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, such as catering, events, and partnerships.

Qualifications:
