Key Responsibilities:- Operations Management:
- Oversee all aspects of café operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and ensuring smooth service flow.
- Maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, ensuring consistent preparation and presentation.
- Implement and maintain efficient operational systems and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
- Financial Management:
- Monitor and analyse financial performance, including sales, costs, and profitability.
- Prepare budgets and forecasts, and track progress against targets.
- Manage cash flow effectively and ensure timely payment of bills.
