Chef de Partie to join us.
✨ What We’re Looking ForWe want someone who:
- Has solid experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef ready to step up
- Can run a section confidently during peak service
- Maintains exceptional food quality, consistency, and presentation
- Works well in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Is reliable, well-presented, and a strong team player
- Follows all food safety and hygiene standards
- Can assist with prep, stock rotation, and daily kitchen operations
- Brings good communication and a positive attitude
- Has the right work attitude, is honest, and shows strong punctuality and commitment
🍽 What You’ll Be Doing- Running your section smoothly during service
- Preparing dishes to Emu Hall’s standards
- Working closely with the Head Chef & Sous Chef
- Ensuring cleanliness, organisation, and efficiency in the kitchen
- Supporting junior chefs and maintaining a strong kitchen culture
- Contributing to menu execution and consistency
