About the RoleProvide high-quality nursing care within a residential aged care facilities in New South Wales. You will deliver safe, effective, and person-centred care while supporting residents, families, and the wider clinical team in line with Australian aged care standards and regulatory requirements.Key responsibilities:

• Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care to aged care residents
• Conduct clinical assessments and develop care plans
• Administer medications and monitor resident outcomes
• Manage wound care, chronic disease management, and clinical reviews
• Supervise and support Enrolled Nurses and Care Staff
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and compliance with aged care standards
• Liaise with GPs, families, and allied health professionals

482 Visa Sponsorship – Eligibility CriteriaTo be considered for 482 sponsorship, applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Current Registered Nurse qualification equivalent to Australian standards
• Eligible for AHPRA registration (or currently in the process of registration)
• Minimum 1–2 years’ recent clinical experience in aged care, acute care, or hospital settings
• Demonstrated English language proficiency (IELTS/OET or equivalent as per visa requirements)
• Ability to meet Australian Department of Home Affairs 482 visa requirements
• Strong clinical competence in aged care nursing practice
