Senior Digital Project Manager

We build long-term relationships, not transactional ones.The RoleThis is a senior role with real client ownership. You'll lead a portfolio of accounts from end to end - managing delivery, building trust with stakeholders, and ensuring every project lands on time, on budget, and to a standard the team is proud of.You'll work alongside a highly skilled design and development team on projects built primarily in Craft CMS, hosted on AWS, and increasingly shaped by AI capability. You'll have the support of experienced colleagues, but this role is for someone who doesn't need their hand held.What You'll Do

• Lead project delivery across a portfolio of clients, managing scope, schedule, and budget with precision
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive, clear communication
• Scope and estimate projects and features, contributing to proposals and statements of work
• Run projects using Asana, Slack, Notion, and Google Meet, and help us keep our processes sharp
• Work closely with design, development, and strategy teams to achieve outcomes that meet the brief and go beyond it
• Support the PM team with process improvement and knowledge-sharing
• Manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle, surfacing issues early and resolving them quickly
• Contribute your perspective on AI tools and workflows - we're actively building in this space, and we want a PM who is engaged with it

What We're Looking ForEssential

• At least five years of experience in a digital project manager or producer role, ideally in an agency context
• Excellent project management skills with a highly organised, problem-solving mindset
• Strong command of both agile and waterfall methodologies - and the judgment to know when to use which
• A genuine appreciation for UX and human-centred design
• Solid working knowledge of digital and technical concepts, with confidence working alongside developers
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and a methodical, structured approach
• A client-first mindset and genuine enthusiasm for service

Highly regarded

• Familiarity with Craft CMS or similar CMS platforms
• Experience with or strong interest in AI tools and their application to project workflows
• Experience managing technically complex or integration-heavy projects
