Our products include high-end natural stone, porcelain slabs, tiles, mosaics, glass countertops, and premium gem surfaces. We currently serve customers across 9 states: NY, NJ, PA, CT, DE, RI, MA, NH, and ME and continue to expand our B2B sales network. Job Summary Ultra Stones is seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative in New Jersey to grow our B2B sales by developing relationships with new and existing clients. This role is ideal for entry-level candidates interested in sales, business development, and customer relationship management. The position requires frequent travel throughout North, Central, and South New Jersey. Responsibilities Generate new leads and develop B2B sales opportunities with contractors, builders, and retailers Visit customers regularly and build strong professional relationships Educate clients about Ultra Stones products including natural stones, porcelain slabs, tiles, and countertops Provide samples, send product images, and follow up with customers Add and manage customers in the CRM system Coordinate with dispatch for product deliveries and update clients on delivery schedules Record visit notes and maintain organized sales records Handle customer issues, claims, and credit collections professionally Travel daily across North, Central, and South New Jersey Qualifications 0–2 years of sales experience (Entry-level candidates welcome) Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to build relationships and close sales Organized and able to manage time effectively Comfortable using computers, tablets, and smartphones Must have valid driver’s license and personal vehicle Must reside in Central New Jersey or nearby area Preferred Skills Outside sales experience B2B sales or business development experience Customer service background Spanish bilingual is a strong plus Compensation & Benefits Salary: $50,000 – $60,000 per year Gas reimbursement Toll reimbursement Vehicle maintenance reimbursement Employee discount Career growth opportunities International Students Welcome OPT students are welcome to apply Students studying Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or Supply Chain are encouraged to apply H-1B sponsorship may be considered after 1 year based on performance Pay: $52,576.01 - $63,317.34 per year Work Location: In person
