Role Summary We are seeking an experienced finance professional to establish and lead the accounting function for our U.S. operations and coordinate with our parent company in China. This role will be instrumental in building our financial systems, ensuring compliance with both U.S. and Chinese accounting standards, and managing relationships with external partners. Key Responsibilities Build and execute the financial accounting system from the ground up, ensuring compliance with U.S. and Chinese accounting standards; manage consolidation and conversions between the two. Provide monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual financial statements to the parent company in China, and support annual audits. Participate in the implementation of business information systems and support the digitalization of business data. Maintain professional relationships with banks, tax authorities and external auditors in the U.S. Develop and optimize financial policies and procedures for our U.S. factory, including risk control over business operations, contracts and cash management. Perform other financial tasks as needed to support business requirements. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or a related field. At least five years’ experience leading a finance function; experience in manufacturing or industrial finance is preferred. Fluent in Mandarin; capable of using Mandarin as a working language. Detail-oriented, conscientious and highly responsible. Compensation Starting salary of USD $90,000+ per year, commensurate with experience.
