The Role The Intensive Care Unit at North West Regional Hospital is a dynamic, specialised environment providing critical care to patients requiring organ support, including ventilation, CRRT (Prismaflex), and haemodynamic monitoring. We are now seeking experienced ICU Registered Nurses ready to bring their skills, compassion, and professionalism to our dedicated Tasmanian team.
What is Required: - 3–5 years' ICU experience (essential)
- Competency with ventilation (Draeger) and CRRT (Prismaflex)
- Paediatric experience and/or post-graduate ICU qualifications (highly desirable)
- AHPRA registration (or eligibility) as a Registered Nurse
- A collaborative, patient-centred approach and passion for delivering safe, high-quality care
