Recruitment Consultant – Tech | Bristol (1-2 Years Experience)
Salary: £27,000 – £40,000 base DOE + Uncapped up to 40% Commission (Realistic OTE £60k+)

We’re working with a high-performing technology-focused recruitment business that’s building out its US Tech division from its head office in Bristol.
This is a unique opportunity as you'll be joining as 2nd in command, working alongside a mentor who is on track to take home 110k this year, with only 3 years in the business, paired with endless growth and autonomy over the US branch for this reputable brand.
What You’ll Be Doing:

• 360 recruitment across the technology space (permanent opportunities only)
• Building your own market vertical and client base in a high-growth, high-demand space
• Working closely with senior leadership to help shape the future US team
• Generating leads, sourcing top tech talent, and closing high-value placements

What We’re Looking For:

• 6+ months of experience in tech recruitment (agency-side, contract or permanent) or US market experience in a technical sector
• Proven billing experience and strong client/candidate management skills
• Career-driven and desire to relocate to the USA.
• Confident communicator, ambitious, and commercially minded
• A self-starter with energy, resilience, and long-term growth plans
