In this role, you will work closely with customers to design, implement, and manage AWS solutions tailored to their technical requirements and business objectives, driving customer success throughout their cloud journey. Responsibilities: • Designing and implementing complex, scalable, and secure AWS solutions tailored to customer needs • Providing technical guidance and troubleshooting support throughout project delivery • Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose effective migration strategies • Acting as a trusted advisor to customers on industry trends and emerging technologies • Sharing knowledge within the organization through mentoring, training, and creating reusable artifacts Qualifications: Required: • 3+ years of experience in hands-on cloud enterprise architecture design, storage and networking solutions • 3+ years of experience in consulting and working with enterprise customers • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, related field, or equivalent experience • 3+ years of experience in working with enterprise customers in building, migrating and modernizing enterprise applications • 3+ years of experience with customer cloud transformation activities to ensure successful delivery of solutions Preferred: • AWS experience preferred, with experience in a wide range of AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM, VPC, CloudFormation) • AWS Professional level certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect Professional, DevOps Engineer Professional) preferred • Experience with automation and scripting (e.g., Terraform, Python, CDK, shell, Ruby, Powershell) • Knowledge of security and compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR) • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences • Experience with AWS services (e.g. AWS Application Migration Service (MGN), Cloud Migration Factory, Portfolio analysis tooling) and managing large scale data center to data center and/or data center to cloud migrations; data center operations (e.g. data assurance, monitoring, alerting and notifications) • Experience integrating AWS AI/ML services (SageMaker, Bedrock, Amazon Q); understanding of AI/ML governance and responsible AI practices Company: Launched in 2006, Amazon Web Services (AWS) began exposing key infrastructure services to businesses in the form of web services -- now widely known as cloud computing.
