Early Childhood Teacher - Rise Surfers ParadiseWe are looking for an Early Childhood Teacher to join the team in our purpose built service in the heart of Surfers Paradise!

Ideal candidate will meet the following selection criteria:
  • Ready to implement contemporary, evidence-informed pedagogy
  • Open to our innovative and unique way of programming and practice
  • Interest in and/or passion for and understanding of the RIE approach
  • Strong leader, inclusive of others, and brings a positive attitude everyday
  • Enthusiastic, dedicated and reliable professional who is relentless in the pursuit of excellence for children and willing to grow with the service
  • Flair for building and maintaining positive relationships and meaningful connections with colleagues, families, children, and the wider community.

Essential Criteria:
  • Valid Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
  • Recognised Early Childhood Teaching degree, or working towards, depending on course/course progress
  • Current relevant First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Certificates as well as Child Protection training (or willing to obtain/refresh as required)
  • Mentoring and/or leadership experience (desirable) coupled with experience as an Early Childhood Teacher (highly desirable) and/or Educator (essential).
