Regional South Australia | August 2026 Commencement

We are recruiting Emergency Department Registrars to join established regional hospitals across South Australia from August 2026.

These positions offer the opportunity to practise broad, hands-on emergency medicine within supportive, well-structured departments where senior support and clinical exposure are strong.

UK-trained doctors and candidates eligible via the Competent Authority Pathway are encouraged to apply.

The Role

As An ED Registrar, You Will

• Manage a diverse case mix across adult and paediatric presentations
• Develop strong procedural and decision-making skills
• Work within collaborative multidisciplinary teams
• Gain valuable regional experience with continuity of care

Candidate Requirements

• Demonstrated experience at Emergency Department Registrar level
• Strong clinical judgement and independent decision-making ability
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Eligible for registration with AHPRA (or pathway eligibility)
