Chef (Japanese) | Yakiniku CBD Traditional Yakiniku & Izakaya Culture | High-Volume CBDYakiniku CBD is seeking a disciplined and skilled Chef to join our team. We are a destination for authentic Japanese charcoal BBQ and vibrant Izakaya culture. We need a professional who understands that precision and speed are the foundations of a great Japanese kitchen. The RoleThis is a hands-on role for a chef who takes pride in technical mastery. You will be responsible for delivering a high-end menu that balances premium Wagyu cuts with a diverse range of Izakaya-style offerings.
  • Section Mastery: Lead your station with speed and efficiency, from high-grade butchery to the execution of traditional small plates.
  • Izakaya Expertise: Deep understanding of Izakaya food offerings, ensuring every dish—from Otsumami to larger plates—complements our high-energy atmosphere.
  • Quality & Consistency: Maintain rigorous standards in meat prep, marinade balance, and presentation during fast-paced CBD service.
  • Professional Responsibility: We are looking for a "Responsible Person" who is punctual, reliable, and maintains a clean, organized workspace at all times.
