Sous ChefWe are currently looking for a talented sous chef to join our amazing team!We are modern Australian Restaurant located in Liverpool, NSW. We seek daily to share with our customer an unique gastronomic experience. Modern Australian food is all about sharing the moment and enjoying staying together. Experiences, duties and responsibilities- Previous experience with European/Italian cuisine will be bonus
- Manage cost controls
- Manage daily operations from planning to enhancing customers expectations
- Assist the Head Chef with planning and creating menus
- Control and manage inventory
- Roll out new culinary programs in conjunction with our concept
- Full time contract available for the right candidates.

Experience:- Chef de Partie: 3 years (Preferred)
- Sous Chef: 2 years (Preferred)
