Location: Home-Based with Field Work Across London & the Home Counties

NOVA Acoustics Ltd, one of the UK’s leading acoustic consultancy and sound testing organisations, is offering an exciting opportunity to launch your career in a fast-growing and hands-on field.We’re looking for a motivated individual to join us as a Sound Insulation Testing Engineer. No prior experience? No problem. We provide full in-house training to help you build the skills you need to succeed. What You’ll Be DoingThis is a field-based role, meaning you’ll be out and about conducting acoustic testing across London and the Home Counties, with occasional travel further afield. You’ll be expected to store equipment and work from home, rather than attend a central office day-to-day. The role requires flexibilibilty within hours worked day to day and there will be occasional evening and weekend work.Your main responsibilities will include:

• UKAS Accredited Sound Insulation Testing
• Onsite Sound Insulation Diagnostics

What We’re Looking ForWe’re looking for someone who’s enthusiastic, reliable, and ready to learn. Ideally, you’ll bring:

• A degree (or equivalent) in acoustics, physics, mechanical engineering, or music technology (not essential)
• A full UK driving licence
• Strong time management and punctuality
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• A proactive mindset and ability to work independently from home
• Solid IT skills and professionalism
