Job descriptionWith the success of Chuck trailer’s Bondi beach we moved to the big smoke, currently looking for team members to operate the new bigger and better Chuck Trailer's CBD Kitchen on York Street Sydney.Chuck Trailer’s, the dive bar with a difference has the best burgers and wings in town, hundreds of American whiskies and craft beer and heap of delicious cocktails. Playing live music until the early hours.Chuck trailer’s is a “dive bar with a difference”, where you can expect to sit with a craft beer in one hand a premium whiskey in the other, While watching a rock n roll band play from a half pipe stage. Chuck’s ambition to create unique experiences driven by a passion for delivering a personalised and authentic service, where guests soon become part of the furniture.Our kitchen delivers a range of delicious burgers and chicken wings with a variety of house made sauces. • Stock control
• Compliance with food and safety protocols
• Ensuring a clean and safe workspace
• Day to day operations of kitchen
• Can work with a team
• Ability to handle a high volume kitchen

Formal culinary training would be beneficial, alongside first aid and food safety supervisor certification, however none are imperative. In return
