• AFRODITI London-based hospitality interior design from Afroditi was founded in 2002 in an old garage. Founder and product designer Afroditi Krassa brought a radically new approach to hospitality design that led to the creation of some of London’s most iconic projects. MIDWEIGHT INTERIOR HOSPITALITY DESIGNER London, United Kingdom, Full Time, Hybrid Role with up to 1 day per week WFH Start: Immediate Salary: £30,000 – £45,000 An ideal applicant would possess solid design skills across all stages of the design with a focus on concept creation and development, flexibility in multi-tasking, resourcefulness, self-motivation, curiosity, strong written and oral communication skills, the ability to work within a team and, of course, great taste. The ideal candidate would be able to think and work at both the broadest and smallest scale of the design process, and to, comfortably, pivot between the creative responsibilities of the position as well as the logistic. This position requires pro-active self-management to establish and sustain momentum at a fast and intense pace as well as passion and understanding of the hospitality industry. This is an outstanding opportunity for a designer to work on meaningful projects for visionary and influential clients. Responsibilities would include: Development of compelling client presentations, including visual research and design
• Skilful development of zonal and furniture plans
• Ability to resolve spatial and architectural requirements and to explore the sculptural qualities of an environment
• Comprehensive documentation of specifications/schedules, including material details, hardware, and fixtures
• Proficiency in material sourcing, including research and development for varied project requirements
• Experience in custom FF&E design and development.
• Concept and Schematic Stage visualisations and drawing production

• · Great communication skills · Ability to work within teams and collaborate creatively Job Qualifications (Required):Minimum of 3 years of professional interior design experience
• Hospitality experience is a plus
• Fluency in AutoCAD, the Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office
• Strong graphics and visual presentation skills
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal
• 3D modelling and rendering experience (Sketch Up/Enscape) is a plus
