Warehouse Operation Assistant

Requirements:

• Must be 18+ with legal work authorization in the U.S.
• OPT holders welcome; H1B sponsorship available
• $18–$22/hour, full-time W2 employment with full benefits

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan delivery drivers’ routes for the next day to optimize delivery flow and improve efficiency
• Assist in tracking key processes and performance data to drive operational improvements
• May involve assisting with parcel sorting, picking, loading, and shipping tasks

Qualifications:

• Available to start within 1 week (no later than 2 weeks)
• Proficient in computer skills and data collection/analysis
• Strong logical thinking and bilingual communication skills (English and Chinese/Spanish)
• Prior experience in warehouse/logistics preferred; logistics-related academic background is a strong plus
