Project Director

We are Hiring: Project Director for Semiconductor Facility Construction (India)We are seeking an experienced Project Director to lead the delivery of a large-scale semiconductor manufacturing facility.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead complete project lifecycle, from planning to handover
• Manage semiconductor construction, cleanrooms, UPW, HVAC, etc.
• Oversee schedule, cost, risk & quality governance
• Handle contract negotiations & supplier performance
• Ensure EHS, environmental & contamination control compliance
• Lead project governance & executive reporting
• Manage commissioning, validation & certification

Key Requirements:

• 10+ years’ senior management experience in the semiconductor industry
• Proven success delivering large-scale fab or industrial projects
• Strong expertise in project management, EPC oversight & commercial control
• Hands-on experience with cleanrooms, precision utilities & equipment integration
• Demonstrated leadership across complex stakeholder networks
• Degree in Engineering or Project Management (Master’s preferred)
