Overview
We are seeking a skilled Logistics Manager to oversee and coordinate our company's supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the efficient management of the movement of goods, ensuring smooth operations from production through to delivery.Responsibilities
- Implement and manage logistics strategies to optimize processes
- Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations
- Oversee warehouse management systems and transportation management systems
- Manage shipping, receiving, picking, packing, and materials handling
- Utilize data analysis skills to improve logistics operations
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance business processes
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and lawsExperience
- Proven experience in logistics management, including 3PL and supply chain operations
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems and transportation management systems
- Strong understanding of category management within a logistics context
- Excellent data analysis skills to drive informed decision-making
- Familiarity with picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and materials handling processesJob Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 36 monthsPay: £34,286.00-£35,777.00 per yearAdditional pay:
