Chef de Partie (CDP) – Full Time Jack Gray | Grays Point, Sydney110 Grays Point Road, Grays Point NSWJack Gray is looking for an experienced and motivated Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team in a full-time position.We’re looking for someone who is hands-on, reliable and passionate about producing consistently high-quality food using fresh, seasonal ingredients. What you’ll be responsible for:

• Managing your section during service
• Preparing and presenting dishes to a consistently high standard
• Supporting daily kitchen operations and service
• Maintaining food quality, portion and presentation standards
• Assisting with stock control, ordering and wastage management
• Supporting menu development and seasonal changes
• Maintaining excellent food safety, hygiene and kitchen organisation
• Working closely with the senior kitchen team and ownership

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role
• Strong cooking and food preparation skills
• Ability to work confidently during busy services
• Good understanding of food safety and kitchen procedures
• Reliable, organised and able to work as part of a team
• Genuine interest in fresh produce and seasonal menus
• Full-time availability, including weekends as required
