What you'll be doing:

• Leading, motivating and mentoring a passionate team.
• Delivering exceptional customer experiences every single day.
• Managing daily café operations to ensure smooth, efficient service.
• Rostering, recruitment and staff development.
• Monitoring labour, stock, ordering and costs.
• Maintaining high standards of presentation, cleanliness and service.
• Working closely with the kitchen team to ensure seamless operations.

• Has previous experience managing a busy café or hospitality venue.
• Leads by example and isn't afraid to jump in when needed.
