  • Conduct stability and solubility studies, analyze samples, and interpret complex analytical data to guide formulation and development decisions.
  • Troubleshoot analytical challenges, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions to ensure accuracy and reproducibility.
  • Prepare detailed analytical documentation, including method development reports, validation protocols, technical summaries, and regulatory submission materials.
  • Collaborate effectively with formulation, brand, and biology teams to support product development.
  • Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot laboratory instrumentation; ensure laboratory practices align with GLP/GMP and EH&S standards.
  • Present analytical data, project updates, and scientific findings clearly and confidently in team meetings and external discussions.

Required Qualifications:
  • Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biochemistry, or a related field with 5+ years of relevant industry experience,
  • or M.S. with 8+ years of hands-on experience in a regulated R&D or analytical setting.
  • Strong proficiency in LC/MS (including HRMS or triple quadrupole systems) and HPLC for both small molecules, proteins and peptides.
  • Experience with method development, validation, and sample analysis in accordance with ICH/FDA guidelines.
  • Demonstrated experience in stability studies, solubility analysis, and interpreting complex analytical data.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills—able to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong team player with a track record of success in cross-functional collaboration.
