Bar Attendant SupervisorFull time & Part time position availableMust holding a NT RSA Certificate, have at least 2 years of experience working in related industry.Job duties· daily operation of the restaurant· controlling COGS and labour cost across the restaurant through efficient ordering, cost effective operation, budgeting, rostering, and sales forecasting· supervising and training other bar attendants and wait staff of a lower grade for a bar/licenced venue· taking reservations, greeting, and seating guests· report to manager on duty or equivalent senior management or venue owner· assist in rostering of staff· preparing, serving, and selling cocktails, mixed drinks, bottled, canned and other alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to patrons· supervising or undertaking cleaning and maintaining bar service areas· collecting payment for sales and operating cash registers· washing glassware and arranging bottles and glasses· perform general waiting duties and other incidental duties· setting and arranging tables.2. CookFull time & Part time position availableMust have at least 2 years of experience working in related industry.Job duties· examining foodstuffs to ensure quality· regulating temperatures of ovens, grills and other cooking equipment· preparing and cooking food· portioning food, placing it on plates, and adding gravies, sauces and garnishes· storing food in temperature controlled facilities· preparing food to meet special dietary requirements· may plan menus and estimate food requirements· may train other kitchen staff and apprentices· assembling and preparing ingredients for cooking5.
