Field Engineering Manager

YOUR ROLE As the Field Engineering Manager at Four Growers, you will be the critical driving force behind keeping our robotic systems functioning safely and efficiently. In this dynamic role, you will:

• Recruit, onboard, coach, and lead a geographically distributed field‑support team
• Build and maintain spare‑part inventories, reorder points, and logistics partnerships to cut shipping costs and lead‑times.
• Develop and deliver certification‑level training (videos, hands‑on simulations, knowledge checks).
• Develop, track, present, and improve KPIs (uptime, response times, ticket quality, parts usage)
• Partner with Product & Engineering to feed structured field feedback into the roadmap.
• Visit customer sites to audit processes, strengthen relationships, and launch new fleets.

NEEDED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• 2+ years managing field service or technical support teams, ideally for hardware‑software products
• Thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment and is eager to learn.
• Strong organizational skills and a collaborative work style.
• High level of responsibility, accountability, and attention to detail.
• Extremely driven with a record of exceeding expectations in challenging environments
• Data‑driven mindset and process oriented.
• Proven record reducing downtime through preventative maintenance programs and inventory control.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effectively conveying information to technicians, engineers, and customers
