We're looking for experienced Red Teamer to join our Offensive Security capability. In this role you will be ‘on the tools’, delivering technical red team (adversary simulation), purple team (attack replay) and penetration testing services to some of Australia's leading organisations.



We have been providing Offensive Security services to clients for over 20 years. The Red Team Lead role will place you at the centre of our ‘next evolution’ of Offensive Security services. You will collaborate closely with our team of offensive security specialists to deliver highly impactful offensive security engagements, while also being a core contributor to our next generation methodologies and technical capability - commensurate with the rapidly changing adversary landscape and changes that come with an AI enabled future.



Committed to technical excellence as a team, we attend regular threat intelligence briefings run by our dedicated inhouse Threat Intelligence function, attend technical industry conferences, collaborate with our specialists across the Cybersecurity & Privacy practice, and expand our technical acumen through our internal ‘Cyber Academy’ and external paid certificationsOur clients come from a diverse set of backgrounds, each at a different stage of their cyber maturity journey. In this role you will have the opportunity to support a variety of Australian and international organisations improve their cyber resilience by:
  • Performing and leading Red Teaming and/or Purple teaming activities to test the effectiveness of cybersecurity controls, across detection, prevention and response domains;

  • Conducting and leading penetration testing to identify vulnerabilities in applications, systems, and networks;

  • Leading the “day-to-day", including technical direction to the team, and keeping client stakeholders up to date;

  • Driving technical excellence within the team, both within and outside client engagements;

  • Delivering management and detailed technical reporting, providing pragmatic recommendations, and contributing to presentations and debriefs to technical and business stakeholders;

  • Helping to optimise collaboration and knowledge sharing with Offensive Security specialist from across our global network;

  • Developing internal tools and procedures to optimise delivery, increase our impact, enable us to move faster while staying undetected.

We’re looking for someone who:
  • Has demonstrated experience delivering Red Team engagements for leading organisations (ideally, including CORIE or other regulated Red Team exercises)

  • Enjoys working across a variety of different client technology environments, using intuition and problem solving to maximise value for our clients

  • Strives for technical and customer service excellence

  • Brings strong leaderships skills and experience, delivering technical coaching to junior team members (both during, and outside of client engagements)

  • Brings strong communication skills, including experience writing and conveying complex red team and penetration testing narratives for various audiences

  • Enjoys working across a variety of offensive security engagement types (red teaming, purple teaming, penetration testing)

  • Brings advanced industry certifications such as OSCP, OSEP, OSED, CRTP, CRTO, GXPN, or CREST CCT INF / CCT APP
