Project Manager (Construction/Rope Access) – Landmark ProjectsWe're on the hunt for an experienced Project Manager to oversee and deliver a diverse range of Height Safety and Rope Access projects across Australia’s landmarks from the initial planning stages to successful completion, you'll play a key role in ensuring every project meets our high standards for quality, safety, and efficiency.This is a hands-on role where you'll work closely with clients, subcontractors, and our dedicated team to achieve great results.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide professional client updates and ensure clear communication.
- Monitor and validate ITPs, lift plans, SWMS, and compliance certificates.
- Ensure job setup in the project management system before commencement.
- Track hours, monitor progress against forecasts, and provide feedback to teams.
- Achieve profit targets and maintain cost control.
- Liaise with logistics to ensure timely delivery of materials, equipment, and gear for every project.
About the Candidate:· Experience working on city landmarks.· IRATA Level 3 certification (essential).· Hands-on experience leading Rope Access projects(essential).· Construction Management qualification (desired).· 5+ years project management in construction/rope access.· Strong WHS/ISO knowledge, leadership, and client management skills.· Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.· Excellent communication and negotiation skill.· Environmental awareness, fire safety, WAH Training
